We are looking for enthusiastic and talented primary and secondary teachers and offer the following teaching opportunities: Teaching Pool We operate a teaching pool annually to assist schools with the recruitment of 'newly-qualified' and experienced teachers in both the primary and secondary sectors. Applications are invited from November 2004 until 31st December 2004 to be considered for vacancies from September 2005 onwards. Additionally applications are welcome all year and are held in case of shortages in the pool. Acceptance for the teaching pool does not guarantee employment, however, schools are finding the facility very useful for the recruitment of teaching staff throughout the year. Please specify if you are 'newly-qualified' or an experienced teacher. Advertised Posts In addition to using the teaching pool system many schools advertise teaching posts in the press and the most frequently used publications are the Northern Echo (Wednesdays) and the Times Educational Supplement (Fridays).
