The Research Service carries out research using all the sources in the Durham County Record Office. It is intended to help people who want information but who cannot visit in person.
Experienced researchers will undertake the work, but they can also call upon the expertise of other members of the Record Office staff to provide a service based on an unrivalled knowledge of our holdings.
